Generally there is a tag soldered on but they get lost somehow down the road......

    What problems are you having?

On my 83 I pulled it out the front and handed it over to a good radiator shop, $365.00 (dealor discount) a new 4 row was reinstalled......

Strange but the original was a 4 row BUT 3/8 tubes and the new one is 4 row with 1/2 inch tubes..BIG difference driving down the slab.......

While everything up front is removed you might consider (depending on the milage) inspecting or changing out things that rotate, Easy when you have a clear shot at the parts.....A pain when you don't.....

Any good to decent radiator shop can & will install a new core using your original top/bottom & sides, Get the big core that will fit.
