First question... where do I get the fuzzy stuff that the windows slide on.... dont' want to pry up the old stuff until I can replace it....
Going to Camping World is kinda like going to a Harley dealer... they dont' know much about stuff older that 10!

And... where would I look to replace a window.... someone replaced a side one with a piece of plastic that's extremely scratched...

Oh, and the 2nd fuzzy question..... anyone know what' s under the ceiling carpet on a 77 Holiday Rambler?
Was thinking I might be able to use a very textured paint and just paint it.... Not very fond of fuzzy ceilings...

...or coaches that look like all my aunt's kitchens! Guess the engineers dont' live in these things....
some interior decoration is called for!
Thanks for any and all help....

Window channel is something you'll need to match. Try calling HR or your local HR dealers...sometimes they know where to find it. A few of us with Airstreams have found solutions at auto glass places and online suppliers.

You may want to try www.jcwhitney.com. Good selection.

    On the window....same advice.

    Ummm..... wasn't yesterday Wednesday?
Actually, I knew about the chat, but due to circumstances..... I have to disconnect for the cable internet hookup about 8:30-900... I have an air card, but there's so much microwave and other radio frequency interference where I am now that sometime I cant' even get a signal, let alone stay online.....

anyway.... thanks to everyone for all the links... at least I know I can find fuzzy stuff... (hmmm... that comment on a couple of the other forums I visit would get some "interesting" comments! )

Now to figure out what to do with the ceiling.... soon as it warms up a bit, guess I'll just rip it off... ok, cut it off... I'm not taking down all the cabinets.... at least right now....
Thanks to everyone.... will try to join in the chat as soon as it warms up enuf I can sit outside and get a good signal....if you guys dont' mind a smart aleck...

Awww.....dont' feel too bad... not only would I forget my kid's names, I'd forget my ex's, the cats, the dogs, the birds....
and my anniversary! which, now that I think of it.... was the same date as the attack on Pearl Harbor....but a whole lotta years later!
Oh , I was living in Hawaii then, too!
But I could remember where I put every tool and everything I used for my sewing, stained glass projects and stuff like that...!
and every part I changed on my motorcycles!

Now for the mh....poo...... it's still to dang cold out..... pass the wine!

Hooray!!!  The sun came out yesterday afternoon and the six inches of snow has already melted.  In the 50's today and near 70 by sunday.  Maybe Winter is finally over.  Oh Oh, shouldn't have said that.  That'll jinx it for sure.
