Well I started this last fall and ran out of time.I have about 3/4's of the blueboard stripped out of it that was water damaged.Really only about 1/3 was water damaged. The bathroom wall by the shower (rear bathroom) between the shower and the bunkbeds is being replaced as well.I will add a skylight above the shower for more headroom. That will cover the current broken vent and I am going to find a new location for one of those fantastic vents.I am using only the bottom bunk and will leave the kitchen table up.During the ceiling/roof repair I will rebuild the frig stack to allow for a larger updated frig. The coating to be used on the roof is snow roof systems along with seal sealers.I need to make the cut-outs for the skylight/new vent before I can go ahead with the roof repair and remodleing of the inside. As I am sure you all know-leaks like these travel along way. From what I was able to see the water came from a broken vent and travel to the back of the roof a/c.While I wait for the weather to get better,I will complete stripping the remaining blue board and take down the front cabinet as I did with the rear one.I have considered moding the rear cabinet to allow for a hood/micowave about the stove and need to measure to see if I have enough room by cutting out the rear cabinet.I will update you as work goes along.

As you good folks saw,I am current looking for a Tiger XL to remodel as well.

    Thanks,

    Gary

I also have an 82 Winnie Warrior and I found that the company made the roof top in 3 overlapping sections, they then used a woven cloth tape to seal them before painting the whole area, the paint ages and cracks and the cloth tape wicks water down the threads (now bare) and into the cab, I sealed mine with a very heavy coat of roof paint which I repaint every year. ddyarwood
